The Daniel Towers waiting list is open for Efficiency, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom units.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and added to the existing waiting list. At this point in time, we will only be accepting applications who are 62 years of age or older as the under 62 and disabled waiting list is at capacity.

Honorable Discharge from Active Duty Veteran Status
Live or Work in Middletown, NJ
Live or Work in Monmouth County, NJ
Income Limits
1 person - $47,900 2 persons - $54,750 3 persons - $61,600
